Oh Casa Sintra serves up a really good breakfast. After enjoying our morning coffee in the garden we started our hike up to the Moorish Castle. It`s a 9th century castle with a view over Sintra and the surroundings. From here we continued to the Pena Palace which is one of the most beautiful palaces we have seen. Every part of the palace represents it`s own architectural era. After a tasty lunch and some local wine we climbed to the highest point, Cruz Alta to catch great views all the way to the Atlantic ocean.
