The Helsinki Ferry

After a 6 hour train ride from Oslo we finally arrived in Stockholm. We took a taxi down to the harbor and spent a couple of hours relaxing in the spring sunshine before boarding. The ferry to Helsinki is equivalent to the "danish ferry" in Norway. For those who do not know what I am talking about this ferry is full of senior citizens and drunken teenagers dancing the night away to terrible cover songs performed by tired live acts. This may sound harsh but you have to take it for what it is and just go with the flow. We had a tasty dinner, did some people watching and then took an early night. Tomorrow we will meet some family in Helsinki before we head for Moscow by train.
